I kept on hearing from E3 videos and interviews that 1.4 would be released very soon after 1.3. I was wondering what you guys were thinking on when it will be released?

I have a feeling it will be near the end of July or the very beginning of August.

What is 1.4 going to contain?

Well they just had a major patch...so my guess would be at least a couple of months. Maybe around the end of September.

Well the major 1.3 patch was pretty much a systems patch and the team that does content didn't have a thing to.work on. So I was always pretty sure 1.4 was being worked on concurrently. TORHEAD leaked some.upcoming patch info months ago. In it "1.3" had Belsavis Heroic dailies, Operation Terror from Beyond, Flashpoint Titans of Industy and HK companion. This is all stuff they have already previewed and I'm guessing it hits PTS in mid-August and drops early September.
