That was the last one I got to as well. Kills me that all the recent Celebrations have been on the coasts. I think Indy is perfect since it's right smack in the middle (even from Canada!).

I'd like it to be as Alan said: more of a social event than a gaming event, but how to make that last 2.5 days and worth the cost...

Not if you're in the upper Northwest Territories or Nunavut,...or Alaska ...but on that note I doubt any Polar Bears or seals would show up.

I'd prefer a convention that has more than one stop, to help cater to the masses and not force everyone to travel to ridiculous lengths to get there... but that's me... I like convenience.

Well you could do a social gathering, break it down like the fleet.

GTN wing : Merch?
Combat training: PCs setup for playtime?
Crew skill: not sure what to put here. Maybe room for Sponsor stuff?
Supplies: Food?
Cantina in middle: Well we all know what a Cantina is there for lol

At the Guild Summit, I almost didn't want to waste hangout times with all the cool people there to play the new content. Seemed counter productive to me to be honest.
