You get the 47 though right?

Of course, that's the one with all the gaming systems hooked up to it.

Also, Fruitlewps, I see you've finally found an appropriate use for Death Troopers. lol.

All settings on high and AA and shadows? No way... My PC blows yours away, and those settings cause enough missing frames for me to turn them down to medium. Proof in the pudding that something about this game was not coded well.

Ok, sorry for the confusion and the late response, I've been in class all night!

When I said I had all setting on high, that did not include AA and shadows. I have them turned on low(low and high being the only options). And all my other settings turned on high, and Yes, I have a 19 inch monitor, at a lower setting I'm sure since it's not 1080p. I'll link the screenshots below.

Hope that helps alleviates your...fears? lol.

I'm sure it also helps that I tend to get upwards of 15-20 mbps download and 5-7 upload.

Well install went smooth (HD 6870), everythings fine, install new drivers, flip it to high, and i get massive pixelation (Artifacting?) And I can see the world below Carrick station ghosting thorough. Not sure what happened, turned off AA and Shadows that relieves the artifacting and ghosting, but my FPS is all over the place, dipping as low as 25 upwards to over 90 at times. Its really silly. Go to Tython to test the outdoors and I'm getting around 40-60. Somethings def not right here.

Your system is under powered with a 255 psu spring for a 500 preferably a 750 in case you decide to make a decent rig. I see you run 1600x900 which helps with the performance but im a elitist snob and run 1900x1080

Wood: try doing a update to your motherboards firmware (not bios but that could help as well) ati may have this update i know nvidia does. Other than that whata your psu wattage i know that can factor into it.

Tass, I am in the process o looking at a new psu, but because this tower is a little screwy, I have to measure to make sure the one I'm looking at will fit.

I will say the utility tool on neweggs website said my config only needed 265w to run. So I'll probably only get a 400-500w for now, and save my money to just buy a whole new computer in a year or so. Want to waste as little as possible on this thing to make it game worthy. :-)

Good luck finding one to fit in your screwy Dell case. They use non-standard sized PSUs usually.

may be cheaper to buy a case off newegg that will accept your dells components and you can just swap it all out when you decided to rebuild least thats what i have done in the past is just start building in pieces what i want when i had a limited budget.

wood your fps/artificing issue can be linked to a few things now that I think about it. I usually use multiple hard drives typically i install windows and programs that do not requier alot of system resources on one drive then install games and must keep data on another. It frees up the need for one drive to multitask operations. Also if you ever decide to buy a new computer or build anew all you do is swap a drive and tada games are ready to play.

Yeah I need to invest in a SSD for my games but it's just weird I have no issues like this on any other game. I'm gunna try forcing the AA through CCC and see what I get. Could just be I'm relying on the programs to aa and not CCC.

I found the official manual and specs for my dell; an it says "standard power supply." plus it looks like a normal one, so I'm probably going to get a 500w that's on sale at amazon right now.
