New Warzone: Novare Coast pits two teams in an epic battle to control multiple mortar locations and use them to bombard vulnerable enemy bases. Like the Huttball Warzone, Novare Coast can be played Republic vs. Empire or with players of the same faction fighting each other in a thrilling contest of wills to determine each side’s greatest champions.

New Operation: Explosive Conflict sends groups of eight or sixteen Imperial or Republic players to a new zone on the planet of Denova, where traitors and mercenaries are selling the rare explosive mineral baradium to the highest bidder. Players will battle through hordes of Droids, mercenaries and deadly creatures all fighting for control of the planet and its valuable resources.

New Flashpoint The Lost Island continues the Kaon Under Siege Flashpoint from Game Update 1.1 – Rise of the Rakghouls. Players must survive a menacing island of mystery on Ord Mantell as they hunt for clues to the Rakghoul virus outbreak that ravaged the Tion Hegemony. But the answers to this riddle may prove fatal!

Expanded Legacy System

Legacy Family Tree (Link your characters)
Legacy Abilities (It seems you'll be able to use some abilities from one character on another as the video shows a smuggler force-choking someone, and a Sith using a flame thrower)
Legacy Unlocks (Mailboxes and practice targets in your ship, among other things)
Legacy Species Unlocks (Allows you to unlock a species that normally wouldn't be available to a class such as a Sith Jedi and a Chiss Smuggler)

Apparently, as mentioned above, April is the target for release of 1.2.

For the signatures, just click on mine and then click on the link for SWTOR and find the signature link (I don't think it is too hard too find).

Eh?!? Smugglers who can force choke...?

I mean I can understand a flamethrower on a Juggernaut as its just an armour attachment but miraculously gaining force powers out of no-where to use for a previously non force user is a little crazy...everything else really excites me, looking forward to completing the Rakghoul outbreak and having a bash at the new ops.

I wonder what the new armours look like tho!

Yeah thats the only thign that bothers me is the Legacy powers. I could see them adding them to new toons (Ie Smuggler Jedi) but not established ones. And doesnt anyone else feels that might throw the class balance even more out of whack? I most certainly would not like to attack a Sorc, close the gap to melee distance, as I am a Sentinel, only to find he has a Flamethrower and Tracer Missle -.-

I'm wondering how you get around the family building if you have married your companion as part of the story line. They have said they will not include companions in the legacy tree. So can you have two wives? Like it, but it messes with your own personal lore creation.

Unless your character is a polygamist...then it fits like a glove! (There's a home for every type of person in Star Wars!)

Personally I think the family tree idea will be pretty neat, but I'm not sure how a Cyborg and a Human can create a Zabrak...I like to try the different races when I choose my different classes, so I'm not sure how well for instance a Miraluka and a Twi'lek can create a Mirialan... Just saying.

How about a Sith and a Chiss to make a human? ... Weird dna at work there! Really cool idea though, I think it will be worth exploring.
