Just got my prints in! They look great EXCEPT for the fact the tube they came in was damaged and therefore EVERY poster has a horrible crease running throughout the length of each poster! I am currently waiting on a reply from the creator of the artwork to see if he will make it right.

Otherwise, he will be getting a bad review. Not sure why he didn't spend a few more dollars on a sturdier tube. This one was as flimsy as a paper towel roll. /sigh

Damn, I am very sorry to hear this Alan. My tubing is also cardboard, but seems to be pretty damn sturdy.

By reading your later post I see you are going to get 3 more shipped to you. That seems like a pretty fair deal to me. Let the waiting game begin....again.

I GOT THEM IN TODAY!

Undamaged and ready for framing! He even let me keep the damaged ones which I may try to repair and hang in my son's room!

Great experience all the way around!
