I just never caught the LoL fever.

Played a bit of LoL but I started on HoN without ever knowing of LoL. All I knew was that it was based off of LoL and characters were retooled with many of the same abilities. I played the crap outta HoN for the beta and about 4 months into launch but the rage was just to much. I aways seemed to get on some disfunctonal team and had the Guy who never played before in a ranked match. I was atleast able to keep my score up on singles and doubles with friends but it just sucked the fun out of it for me. So before i became someone I didn't want to be I had to mothball it.

I had heard about, what is it, Heroes of Newearth? Yeah, it is a re-tooled LoL, but they're ALL just retools of the WarCraft III engine. Not that that's necessarily a bad thing, but if you play any of them and then you watch the DOTA 2 trailer... it's painfully obvious.

A lot of the game is knowing the characters, so that's the main reason I'm more excited for Blizzard DOTA.
