Earn Rewards for Free Character Transfers

The response to the Free Character Transfer Service so far has been fantastic. Hundreds of thousands of players have already taken advantage of this free service to move their characters to new servers where it’s easier to find groups and play with friends. This initial service is still available and allows qualifying characters to be transferred at no charge from selected origin servers to selected destination servers.

That is a pretty nice reward for moving characters from server to server.

Hey everyone. Just thought I'd drop a quick note. Looks like you have to transfer ALL of your characters in order to receive the bonus. So if you left a guy or two back on the old server bring them over. Don't want to miss out just because you left ol' Jimbo back on the old one.

Where did you see that? The page about the gifts on swtor.com just says that you need to have one character on a destination server.

The wording on the login screen for the news update made it sound that way.

Does anyone remember when they are going to distribute the rewards? I think the BH commendations they are going to hand out will bump me up to enough to buy the BH chest armor.

I don't remember them giving a date, just "sometime after transfers are done."

Aug 7th I think actually. Make sure you have all 8 slots filled to get your 25 BH comms on each character.

That's what they say anyway.
