See what's still throwing me off, one dev will say 1.3's main feature is Group Finder, while another mentions Transfers. And all along they've said that one feature will be implemented before 1.3 releases, so which is it guys? I've noticed at almost every panel, every interview someone is either giving misinformation or is way ahead of the pack lol I think we need to mail BW some post-it notes.

Yea Wood I've read most all of the same things and to me it is clear the main feature of 1.3 is group finder. Transfers will come before this because you can't have group finder without people. If I had to guess they will test transfers to the PTS and launch transfers 1-2 weeks before 1.3.

I was kinda hoping we were already 1-2 weeks from 1.3.

I smell a late June release at the earliest. Simply being, bet you E3 has the first hands on for 1.3 features, possibly even 1.4 (doubtful) and you'll see it go live on PTS that week (June 11th?)
