Sorry for the extra day delay. This is why we said we'd be a little slow at first. Don't know the kinks in the system until they show up.

Thanks for your patience, guys!

Guys,
The Troy Denning hate is a selling point. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. He ruined Athas for me, I'll be damned if he'll ruin Star Wars for me.
Long live JJM!

It's not so much a selling point as it is the expected prize in a box of Cracker Jack, but instead of getting a crappy two cent plastic decoder ring, you get the keys to your own swoop bike.

Great show! I like the mix of swtor news with general star wars news. And the new intro clip is hilarious!

Looking forward to the game night.

And, PlanetSide 2 is not out yet. :(

Many thanks for the show. I totally think that f2p is the way forward, there really isn't anything to lose -the people that want to subscribe to all the juiciness can still do so, we'll just have loads of extra people joining in the fun. I'm assuming that, amongst the other things, Legacy bonuses (of which I'm a big fan) will only be available to subscribers?

You mentioned the idea of discussing other games on the show - how about having a 'guest speaker for different games' section of the show? Well...it's just gone 10pm here in the UK, now where's my Planetside2 invite already??? I'm all about SWTOR for my rpg and PS2 for my fps :)

Great show guys!!! Loved the discussion an I can wait for X-Wing Mercy Kill!

Btw, Evan, from what I've seen, the combat of X-wing from Fantasy Flight seems similar to Battletech. Just a thought.

Oh, and text me when you're gonna play SWTOR! I'll come help you reach 50!

Read some more about the X-Wing game, and it seems kinda of Heroclix-ish. Not that that is a bad thing. I never played Battletech so Whitefox's description may be closer than mine.

It does remind me a bit of Mage Knight 2.0 (another game by the same people that did Heroclix) because in that game you could give characters items and things to upgrade them. Much like the pilots, weapons, etc. in X-Wing.

Nothing like getting in 2 weeks late. Tried starting a couple times at work but couldn't make it through without getting interrupted. Finally made it today and I must say the future is looking bright. Break out the official jawa shades. Good work guys and can't wait to hear more.
